West Ham tempt Torino and Belotti

Torino do not wish to sell Andrea Belotti in January, but if West Ham United’s offer reaches €60m, then they could reconsider.

The Hammers are seeking a replacement for Marko Arnautovic, who is trying to push through a transfer to China.

They had targeted Krzysztof Piatek, but the Genoa forward is on his way to Milan for €35m plus bonuses and midfielder Alen Halilovic.

According to Cuore Toro, the initial approach for Belotti was made on Friday, but there is no firm figure on the table yet.

It could be anywhere from €40-50m, a sum that the Granata are ready to turn down.

However, as Sky Sport Italia also note, €60m and above could prompt Torino to give it some serious thought.

Belotti has a €100m release clause in his contract and a reported €60m offer was rejected from Atletico Madrid and Milan in 2017.

However, Il Gallo’s form has dipped since those halcyon days and he scored seven Serie A goals in 19 appearances so far this season.
