West Ham have reportedly joined Juventus and Milan in the race to sign Sassuolo and Italy forward Giacomo Raspadori.
The 22-year-old is one of the hottest commodities in Serie A after his 10 goals in 36 Serie A appearances last term.
Milan and Juventus have been linked with a move for the Italy international but according to Calciomercato.com, the Hammers are also interested in the product of Sassuolo academy.
Both Serie A giants are on the lookout for a new attacking midfielder, and according to the report, the Rossoneri could include Matteo Gabbia to lower Sassuolo’s asking price, which is in the region of €30m.
Several Neroverdi stars have been linked with leaving the Mapei Stadium in the summer, including Gianluca Scamacca, Hamed Traore and Domenico Berardi. Sassuolo don’t want to sell all of them and do not need to balance the books, so they may part ways with only one of their stars during the summer transfer window.
