“We are not serving notice, that's not the problem now,” he said to Gianluca Di Marzio.
“In today's meeting we had an exchange of opinions with the FIGC and the mayor.
“The most urgent thing is saving the club, and we'll work together to avoid bankruptcy.
“If the institutions had come to our aid earlier, that might have helped.
“We're getting ready to play, the only reason we're not training is that we've been delayed by these meetings.
“Our money isn't there yet. The President is convinced of what he's saying [that the payments have been processed], but it's not there yet.
“If Manenti can find the money and save the club, we're happy, otherwise he should step aside and let the institutions deal with it.”
