Reports in England say Watford are the frontrunners to sign Juventus striker Simone Zaza on loan in January.

The Mirror writes that the Italy international has been offered to several Premier League sides including the Hornets, West Ham and Stoke.

The newspaper believes that Watford have shown the most interest and are set to loan the 24-year-old until the end of the season.

The deal could also reportedly include the option to make the move permanent at the end of the season for around €4.8m.

Zaza has scored three times for the Bianconeri so far this season since arriving from Sassuolo in the summer.
