José Mourinho was serving a one-match ban against Cagliari, so he was not allowed to meet the team at the end of the game. Therefore, he waited for them while eating takeaway food outside the stadium.
The Giallorossi snatched a 2-1 win over Cagliari at the Sardegna Arena, but Mourinho was following the game from the stands as he had been sent off in the previous game against Napoli.
The Special One had a strange reaction when Lorenzo Pellegrini scored the winner, but looked way more relaxed after the final whistle, although he couldn’t meet his players.
Mourinho posted a picture from outside the Sardegna Arena while eating takeaway food.
“Game over… 3 points… Nice food (can’t go to dressing room) and one more kid,” he wrote.
The ‘kid’ he refers to is Ohene Gyan Felix, a striker of the Roma Primavera team that made his Serie A debut in Cagliari last night.
