Jorginho provided a spectacular assist for Kai Havertz yesterday and former Roma defender Antonio Rudiger brushed up on his Italian to praise his teammate on social media.
The Blues secured a 1-0 win against Newcastle yesterday thanks to a late goal of Havertz, inspired by a wonderful pass by Jorginho.
The Italy international was praised on social media and his teammate Antonio Rudiger sent him a message in Italian on Instagram. Jorginho posted a few pictures from yesterday’s game receiving thousands of likes and comments.
Among them, there was Rudiger, who wrote: ‘Facile per te’, which translates into ‘Easy for you.’
Both players have been linked with a move to Juventus in the summer. Rudiger will leave Stamford Bridge as a free agent following sanctions against the Blues’ owner Roman Abramovich. Jorginho’s contract expires in June 2023, but the Italy international won’t be allowed to leave in the summer unless the sanctions against Abramovich are lifted.
