Milan midfielder Ismael Bennacer has released a web-series detailing his long recovery from the serious knee injury he suffered earlier this year.
The 26-year-old Algerian missed over 200 days of action for the Rossoneri after suffering a knee injury in the 18th minute of the Champions League semi-final first leg clash with Inter on May 10.
Bennacer will join the Milan squad for the first time in over six months this weekend, joining his teammates for the clash with Frosinone.
The midfielder wanted to document his long recovery in a web-series titled ‘Off the Pitch’. The first two episodes have already been released, with the first talking about the initial operation and the second shedding light on the mental battle.
