Former Milan star George Weah has upset the Rossoneri faithful after he appeared wearing some Juventus gear in a promo video for the upcoming elections in Liberia.
The 1995 Ballon d’Or winner spent five years of his career with the Milanese club from 1995 to 2000, scoring 58 goals across 147 games, before closing out his career with a handful of other teams.
Following his retirement, Weah entered politics and was elected President of Liberia in 2017, taking on the role a year later. With new elections scheduled for next year, Weah is again on the campaign trail.
Weah posted a promotional video for his presidential campaign, which caught the attention of Milan fans after he was seen wearing some Juventus training gear in a few clips.
