Lucas Leiva trolls Roma and appears to hit back at Mourinho

Lazio midfielder Lucas Leiva took to his official Twitter account to troll Roma after the Biancocelesti’s win in the Derby della Capitale.

Maurizio Sarri’s side snatched a 3-2 win over their city rivals in the derby della Capitale and, as it usually happens, strong reactions came from both sides after the final whistle.

Mourinho storms out of press conference after Rome derby loss

Roma boss José Mourinho reportedly stormed out of his press conference after complaining about the refereeing during his interviews with Italian TVs.

In his post-match interview with DAZN, Mourinho said Lucas Leiva should have been sent off.

“The second goal could’ve been 1-1, it went to 2-0. The second yellow for Lucas Leiva was important too because playing against 10 men makes a big difference. Pellegrini got a red, today Leiva got nothing,” the former Chelsea, Man United and Tottenham boss said.

Mourinho: ‘Ref and VAR ruined Rome Derby’

Perhaps, Lucas Leiva was targeting the Portuguese tactician when he posted a naughty tweet with loudly crying emojis and three pears that stands for the three goals Lazio scored against the Giallorossi.

The Brazilian midfielder joined Lazio from Liverpool in the summer of 2017 in a €6m deal. He has played 159 games across all competitions with the Biancocelesti.
