The Rossoneri clinched their first title in 11 years thanks to a 3-0 victory away to Sassuolo last night, which means the ceremony was also at the Mapei Stadium in Reggio Emilia.
They arrived back in Milano at circa 1am last night and were greeted by thousands of supporters, but many more are lining the streets now for the open-top bus parade.
