Zlatan Ibrahimovic met Pope Francis yesterday and gifted him his latest book and a Milan shirt.

The Swede met Pope Francis at the Vatican on Tuesday evening, posting a picture on his social media accounts.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Ibra gifted the Pope a copy of his latest book, called ‘Adrenaline’ and a Milan jersey.

“I’ve brought something that I wanted to give you in person,” Ibrahimovic said.

“That’s a part of my history and contains the description of my life and a little message for you.”

When the 40-year-old gave his Milan shirt to the Holy Father, he said: “Do you like Milan? I usually do magic with this on the pitch.”

Pope Francis thanked Ibra and gifted the striker his own book, ‘Sport according to Pope Francis.’
