Watch: Controversial Pulisic goal and crazy Giroud save in Milan win

Milan’s 1-0 win over Genoa ended in dramatic fashion, with a controversial late goal from Christian Pulisic and an incredible last-minute save from striker-turned-goalkeeper Olivier Giroud.

In the 87th minute of the clash at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris, the American winger controlled a cross on the turn before half-volleying it into the Genoa net, netting a late winner for the Rossoneri. Whether Pulisic committed a handball during his control or not has sparked debates amongst supporters.

In the final minutes, Giroud was called into action as Mike Maignan was shown a 98th minute red card, pushing the French striker to don the goalkeeping gloves. He made a crucial late save to ensure Milan took home all three points.
