18 years ago today, Roberto Baggio said goodbye to fans at San Siro after playing his last professional football match.

Baggio is often regarded as one of the best Italian players of all time, being an incredibly technical and creative playmaker. He won the Ballon d’Or in 1993 and played for Italy’s top clubs, scoring goals for Juventus, Milan and Inter.

The Italian forward is fondly remembered for his time with both Fiorentina and Brescia, where he stood out as a talismanic figure.

  1. Lol Frank you are new to FI..
admitting that he was made at Juve is taboo here.
Some people just can’t stomach the truth😂

  2. Oh Frank.

It’s time to grow up now.

Baggio is a legend and one of those few players that is well respected by the fans of almost every club he played for AND against.

Nobody is trying to take anything away from Juventus. One very short article will not affect history.

    Chill out a bit.
