Spanish newspaper Marca claimed on Saturday that Real Madrid had terminated interest in the Argentina international because they did not want to deal with her as a representative.

Spanish newspaper Marca claimed on Saturday that Real Madrid had terminated interest in the Argentina international because they did not want to deal with her as a representative.
“This version is completely false (RM),” wrote Wanda on Twitter on Saturday night, a post she later deleted.
“Perhaps time will prove me right, just as it did when I said there was STRONG interest from an Italian team (J). They treated me like a liar and a month later their director of sport confessed it too.”
Juve director Fabio Paratici did confirm an approach was made for Icardi last summer, but that they went for Cristiano Ronaldo instead.
Wanda also posted a series of messages aimed clearly towards Inter and their fans, including a collage of Icardi crying in the Inter jersey after a defeat, clips of some of his most sensational goals against Tottenham Hotspur, Barcelona and Milan.
