Wanda Nara has denied that Mauro Icardi is already destined to make his Paris Saint-Germain loan permanent. “It’s his decision, nothing’s certain yet.”

Icardi has restored his reputation at PSG, scoring 14 goals in 18 games this season, and the French giants have an option to buy the striker from Inter.

They also benefit from the Argentine having seemingly burned his bridges with the Nerazzurri following his self-imposed exile.

Depsite that, Wanda told Gazzetta dello Sport: “It’s his decision, but nothing’s certain yet. We’ll see.

“Certainly, me travelling between Paris, Milan and Rome is easier to say than to do, but I’m able to.

“He’s doing very well in France and I’m very happy about it, plus we’ve met many friends, so we’ll see…”

The media personality is due to take part in Grande Fratello VIP, the Italian edition of Celebrity Big Brother, so does she think her husband will ever follow suit?

“Well, he’s more suited to ‘Isola dei Famosi’ [Celebrity Island]. He likes nature and he loves hunting and fishing.

“I don’t know about him being in the house… but it’s so long before he stops playing!”
