Wanda Nara, the wife and agent of Inter striker Mauro Icardi, assured “there will be a new contract. There’s no problem.”

She had sparked the controversy by declaring earlier this month that there was “a big distance” between the club’s offer and the captain’s demands.

Wanda then insisted she had been contacted by Europe’s top clubs, including Real Madrid, to ask after his availability.

This evening, she spoke to Striscia La Notizia on Canale 5 and changed her tune completely.
