Fiorentina want to keep forward Dusan Vlahovic and his agent has arrived in Italy to discuss with the club, amid rumours of a potential move to Milan.

President Rocco Commisso admitted the Viola are working to keep the Serbian striker, who has scored 21 goals this term.

“I have already said it, we want to keep him,” Commisso said at a press conference. “But an deal must be done with him and his agent to satisfy them.”

Calciomercato.com reports his agent Darko Ristic has arrived in Italy and with the Viola President still in Florence, a meeting to discuss the future could be held in the next few hours.

Fiorentina’s idea is to extend his contract until June 2025 and increase his salary from €700,000 a season to almost €3m.

Fiorentina want to include a high release clause worth around €80m, as the striker has attracted interest clubs across Europe.

The report claims Milan have the striker at the top of their wish list, but several English and German clubs have also shown interest and could test the waters when the season is over.
