Dusan Vlahovic has become one of Juventus’ most expensive ever signings following his move from Fiorentina today.

The 22-year-old Serbian striker joined the Bianconeri in a deal worth €80m in total, with a further €11m being paid to his agent. He will receive €7m net per season and his contract will expire with the Turin side in June 2026.

Vlahovic is Juventus’ fourth ever most expensive signing, above Gianluigi Buffon (€52m) and below Matthijs de Ligt (€85m). The two most expensive Bianconeri signings ever are Cristiano Ronaldo, who cost €117m, and Gonzalo Higuain, who cost €90m.

The Serbian forward is expected to be the main figure in the post-Ronaldo era in Turin and his goal contributions will be crucial for coach Massimiliano Allegri this season, who is already dealing with a limited attack following the serious injury to Federico Chiesa.

Vlahovic has scored 17 goals in 21 Serie A appearances this season with Fiorentina and he’s expected to make his Juventus debut in their upcoming match against Hellas Verona on February 6.

  1. And all the big Juve transfers delivered. They thought we overpaid for Buffon back then, turned out to be a bargain. CR7 paid his dues, De Ligt will come good too. Higuain’s fee wasn’t just for his goals but to destroy a rising rival in 2016 Napoli which worked.

  2. lol $91 mil for an uproven player at the highest level. That is nuts but that’s Jube for you. Throwing the money they don’t have around trying to chase an impossible dream

    Piatek blesses 🤡

  3. Bravo Agnelli, move the figures and hide them when it comes to the bookwork. That money would have been much better used on the midfield, but the genius crew believes football can be played without one.
