The majority of Juventus’ stars will not take part in their upcoming friendly with Arsenal, leaving Massimiliano Allegri with an experimental squad.
The Bianconeri sent the most players to the World Cup out of any Italian team and a number of their internationals are still absent, either competing in the final games like Adrien Rabiot, Leandro Paredes and Angel Di Maria or still away on their post-tournament break, like Gleison Bremer and Filip Kostic.
Several Juventus players have also been ruled out of the trip to North London through injury, like star striker Dusan Vlahovic, the still-recovering Federico Chiesa and Paul Pogba.
The Old Lady are desperate to prepare well for the second half of the season, keen to redeem themselves after a tough start to the campaign. Allegri and his players will have to focus on the pitch and not the off-field issues plaguing the Turin outfit.
