Aston Villa manager Remi Garde has previously admitted he’d be interested in bringing Cole back to England, while New York City FC in MLS have also been linked.

The 35-year-old joined the Lupi on a free transfer in 2014, but after a disappointing first season in Serie A, the left-back has been frozen out by the club.
