Nice boss Patrick Vieira has emerged as another new contender to replace Gennaro Gattuso at Milan next season.

According to Rai Sport, the Rossoneri have set their sights on the Frenchman, even if Eusebio Di Francesco remains the favourite.

The 42-year-old tactician is certainly no stranger to Serie A, having played for Milan in 1995-96, then Juventus in 2005-06 and Inter until January 2010.

His management career began in the Manchester City youth academy, moving on to NYCFC in MLS and since this season Ligue 1 club Nice.
