The ex-striker died in London today, aged 58. He was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2017.
To date, Vialli is the Old Lady’s last Champions League winning captain. He scored 53 goals in 145 matches with the Bianconeri where he played from 1992 until 1996 before joining Chelsea.
Vialli has won one Coppa Italia, one Italian Supercup, one Serie A title, one Champions League and one UEFA Cup in Turin.
