Fikayo Tomori pounced to give Milan an early lead away to Salernitana, but the goal celebration went awry.
The English defender was in the right place at the right time when a corner and the Rafael Leao pull-back were deflected into his path to nod in from close range.
It was his third Serie A goal of the season and he wanted to celebrate it with a knee slide, but found the Stadio Arechi turf unwilling to participate.
The celebration then mutated into a haphazard forward roll that Tomori might be eager to forget.
