The Chelsea playmaker netted the decisive goal in the shootouts after Gigio Donnarumma had denied Juventus striker Alvaro Morata.
Jorginho, a former Napoli and Hellas Verona midfielder ran straight under the Azzurri fans at Wembley Stadium, followed by his teammates and the staff members.
Italy will face England or Denmark in the UEFA Euro 2020 Final on Sunday.
