Spinazzola was watching the game from home after sustaining an Achilles tendon surgery on Monday.
The 28-year-old sustained a serious injury in the quarter-finals of UEFA Euro 2020 against Belgium and will remain out of action for six months.

The defender shouted ‘Grazie, Grazie’ and ‘Vamos’ while celebrating with his children and posted the video of his reaction on Instagram.
Spinazzola is expected to fly to London on Sunday to watch the Final from the stands at Wembley.
