Spartak Moscow host Napoli in the Europa League next week, but they are already starting the match on social media by putting Piotr Zielinski’s howler into the Spiderman trailer.
The two teams will face off again on Thursday, but the Partenopei already lost 3-2 at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona on September 30.
They missed numerous scoring opportunities in the defeat, including Zielinski ballooning one into the stands and – according to a cheeky video posted by Spartak Moscow – out of the stadium, all the way to New York and into the new trailer for Spiderman: No Way Home.

All is fair in love, war, and football! Good for Spartak Moscow to try to mess with Napoli‘s collective heads.
Still, if my Napoli is the team I think and hope it is, this little bit of ridicule will come back to bite Spartak Moscow just like, well, a radioactive spider.

The more mocking, the better. Anything to gee up the Napoli players more. Russian teams have been abysmal in Europe for a while now, so hopefully Napoli go all-out for the win that will guarantee qualification with a game to spare.
Lazio need at least a draw in Russia too.
