Napoli coach Luciano Spalletti refused to shake the hand of Spartak Moscow manager Rui Vitoria after the Europa League defeat, leaving his colleague bemused.
The incident occurred at the end of the 2-1 result under heavy snow in Moscow this evening.

When Rui Vitoria walked over with hand outstretched towards Spalletti, the former Zenit St Petersburg coach held up both hands and backed away, showing that he knew full well the gesture he was making.
It was an unfortunate way of behaving for Spalletti and left Rui Vitoria with a bemused expression on his face.
