Goalkeeper Yann Sommer has been filmed arriving in Milan ahead of his expected move to Inter from Bayern Munich.
The Swiss international was spotted arriving at Linate airport on Sunday evening and is expected to undergo a medical before signing his contract on Monday.
Inter have agreed to compensate Bayern with a total fee of €6m, which is expected to be paid in two separate instalments.
Sommer’s arrival comes after the departure of former no.1 Andre Onana to Manchester United in a package worth a total of €55m.
According to Florian Plettenberg of Sky Sport Germany, there is a solid professional relationship between Sommer and Bayern, although the 34-year-old wanted to be a guaranteed first choice ‘keeper.
