Maurizio Sarri was spotted in the stands on Sunday to watch a Serie D match between Figline and Livorno.
The Italian tactician resigned as Lazio’s coach in March and made his first public appearance since on Sunday for a Serie D match (Italy’s fourth division) between Figline, his hometown club, and Livorno.
Sarri’s son Nicolé became Figline’s president last month, and the Tuscans are fighting for a spot in the playoffs.
The Gialloblu are also known for being the club where Enrico Chiesa and Anselmo Robbiati retired in the early 2000s.
Chiesa, the father of Juventus striker Federico, scored 10 goals in 38 matches with the Tuscans contributing to their Serie C1 promotion in 2009.
