Claudio Ranieri was visibly moved as he received a standing ovation from both Roma and Leicester City fans at the Stadio Olimpico.
The coach has worked at both clubs, winning the Premier League title for Leicester City in 2015-16 and being a lifelong Giallorossi supporter.
He was in the stands for this evening’s Europa Conference League semi-final between his former teams at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome.
When his image appeared on the giant screens, applause rang out from both the Roma and Leicester supporters, who then joined together in a mass standing ovation.
The 70-year-old was visibly moved and stood up to wave to the crowd.

He was our coach too. We won 7 matches in a row and everyone said Inter to win scudetto, but then something was broken later and Inter finished 5th or 6th. 😛
Respect for Ranieri. Leicester fans never will forget him.
