Roma coach Jose Mourinho has gone viral in England after a clip from Tottenham Hotspur’s All or Nothing series showed his man-management skills in action.
The Special One was filmed for the documentary while in charge of Spurs, speaking to Dele Alli about his career path and life off the field too.
“Time files and one day I think you will regret it if you don’t reach what you can reach,” was the phrase Mourinho used to spur Alli on.
It sounds similar to the kind of treatment Mou has meted out to Roma centre-forward Tammy Abraham, always pushing him to do more and reach his full potential.
The fact that Alli is on the verge of a transfer to Besiktas does highlight how he might’ve needed more of that Mourinho treatment.
