Jose Mourinho gave a special gift to the Roma Under-14 youth team after they beat rivals Lazio in the local derby.
The Special One has shown he is keeping a close eye on the academy this season, and not just to bring through talents for the future, but also to show unity within the club.
After the Under-14 side beat their local rivals Lazio in the Derby della Capitale, Mourinho invited the celebrating kids to the gym where the senior squad was having a session.
They all got to celebrate together, meet their heroes and take a few selfies for social media.
