Alessandro Florenzi, Rade Krunic and Ante Rebic are still out of action for Milan and won’t be available for tomorrow’s Champions League clash against RB Salzburg.

The Rossoneri make their season debut in Europe’s elite competition at the Red Bull Arena tomorrow. They are training at Milanello this morning before their trip to 400 km trip to Austria.

Florenzi, Krunic and Rebic are not training with the team today, so they are not expected to be available tomorrow.

They all missed Milan’s 3-2 win over Inter on Saturday.

According to Milannews, Stefano Pioli was seen having many ‘individual chats’ with his players, especially strikers.

Pioli spoke to Messias and Alexis Saelemaekers and then with Rafael Leao, Yachine Adli, Brahim Diaz, Olivier Giroud and Charles De Ketelaere.

Adli is also not available for tomorrow as he’s not been included in the Champions League squad list for the group stage.

  1. to comment on the Champions League squad but the whole point of UEFA restricting numbers is to force teams to promote youth players.

  2. It’s unbelievable the lengths that Milan are willing to go to deny their youth players even if it means signing players who cannot play in the Champions League.

  3. The decision to exclude Adli is also bizarre and it seems we will continue to give endless opportunities to Brahim the sort of opportunities that not in a million years would be afforded to youth team players.

  4. No that worked. I have no idea which words I used in my post which are banned. Sort out your comments. It’s pretty basic stuff.

  5. why does pioli keep forcing diaz to be AM… why didn’t he realize from last season and a few games yesterday… hopefully adli doesn’t have the same fate as hauge…

  6. Diaz is a popular guy in the locker room. He’s a good guy I guess and friends with everybody. Pioli also likes his attitude and because he knows the movements. What’s failing him is his stature and inability to improve. He has stagnated and is the same player he was two years ago.

Adli is new but I guess by time he will have his chances because he’s clearly talented, and at least is ours.

I can’t see Diaz staying with Milan past this season. Today, he is not worth investing 22m unless he steps up big time which I don’t see happening. Plenty of other better players we can sign. I have this hope that D.Maldini breaks out eventually.
