The Portugal international showed strength to hold off Zeki Celik and keep his eye on the Davide Calabria cross as it was whipped in from the right.
With his back to goal, Leao managed to successfully steer the volley into the net with his right boot.
It was a remarkable way to open his account for the current campaign, having already contributed two assists in the previous two Serie A matches.
