The game kicks off on Sunday at 17.00 UK time (16.00 GMT), simultaneously with Inter–Sampdoria.
The Rossoneri can clinch the title with only a point, or can even afford to lose if Inter don’t win.
There is a mass movement of Milan fans to Reggio Emilia for the game, but many who cannot make the trip flocked to the training ground to wave the squad off.
Among the players, the one with the biggest cheers was midfielder and lifelong Milan fan Sandro Tonali.
