Rafael Leao was left completely infuriated after the third goal in Milan’s recent 5-1 loss to rivals Inter on Saturday evening, with DAZN cameras picking up the Portuguese international’s response to his side’s shortcomings.
As Henrikh Mkhitaryan wheeled away celebrating his second goal of the night, Leao was spotted throwing his arms up in the air, before kicking out at the turf and shouting to himself in anger.
The Derby della Madonnina has not been particularly enjoyable for Milan in 2023, with Inter having now won all five of the previous encounters between the two teams across three different competitions; the Supercoppa Italiana, Serie A and the Champions League.
Leao and his teammates will have to wait until April 24 for their next chance to inflict defeat on their city rivals in the league.
