Matias Vecino has been named UEFA Europa League Player of the Week after his two goals and an assist in Lazio’s 4-2 win over Feyenoord.
The 31-year-old Uruguay international dominated the match at the Stadio Olimpico last night.
He found the net twice and set up the opener for Luis Alberto, in a game that Lazio were leading 4-0.
Felipe Anderson completed the rout on a pass from Ciro Immobile.
Vecino’s performance earned him the title of UEFA Europa League Player of the Week.
