Kalidou Koulibaly will undergo his Chelsea medical today and the videos of his best moments at Napoli are emerging on social media.
The Senegal captain is ready to complete a €40m move to Stamford Bridge, leaving Napoli after eight years at the club.
Koulibaly’s contract expired in June 2023 and had rejected to sign a new deal with the Partenopei.
The 31-year-old arrived in London on Wednesday and is set to undergo his medical with the Premier League giants today.
Napoli fans are clearly unhappy with the club’s decision to sell one of their idols, but there wasn’t much they could do given that without a contract extension, Koulibaly would have left the club for free in one year.
