Italy coach Roberto Mancini has offered his best wishes to Sergio Aguero following the Argentinian’s retirement from football.

The 33-year-old Argentinian striker officially announced his decision to retire from football earlier today, citing health concerns after his recent heart issues. He had only spent half a season with Barcelona, joining them on a free transfer after a legendary decade with Manchester City.

Former Sky Blues coach Mancini remembered Aguero’s historic title-winning goal for the club, posting it on his Twitter page with the caption: “King Sergio Aguero, I wish you moments like this also off the pitch!”

Aguero is often considered one of the best Premier League strikers of all time, scoring 184 goals in 275 league appearances for Manchester City and helping to win the league title five times.
