The centre-forward is yet to feature in the tournament in Qatar, having arrived carrying a muscular injury that he picked up playing for Inter.
Coach Roberto Martinez confirmed that the forward wants to be there in their second group game against Morocco, whereas medical staff are urging him to hold out until the third clash with Croatia on December 2.
Lukaku showed just how determined he is by screaming it out after winning a training session.
