Extensive crowds of Inter supporters gathered outside – and inside – the team hotel in Istanbul as the squad returned from their training session on the pitch of the Ataturk Olympic Stadium on Friday evening.
The Nerazzurri players were welcomed back to their camp in noisy fashion from the travelling fans, who had assembled to wish their team well the night before the Champions League final against Manchester City on Saturday.
The supporters were in full voice before the team bus pulled up outside the hotel’s entrance, and some had even managed to sneak their way inside the lobby, where the chants continued.
Inter have since arrived back from their training session earlier and will be hoping for a peaceful night’s sleep as they prepare for the big game on Saturday night.
