The fireworks have already started outside the Stadio Meazza, as Inter and Juventus team buses were greeted by the crowds.
It kicks off at San Siro at 19.45 GMT.
This is the top of the table showdown for the Scudetto and the fireworks were already going off hours before kick-off, as a show was put on to welcome the Inter team bus to the stadium.
It had to slowly creep through the crowds waving their flags and scarves, making their way towards the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza.

The welcome for Juventus was less exhilarating, complete with the usual hail of jeers and insults.

Some fans did show off placards handed out in the Curva Nord mocking the Juventus symbol of the Zebra and their nickname of ‘Gobbi’ – Hunchbacks.
