Milan legend Zlatan Ibrahimovic made his comeback nine months after knee surgery and gave fans a recap of the recovery process. ‘Doubt me!’
The 41-year-old striker had put off the operation on his knee for six months so that he could be part of their Scudetto-winning campaign, going under the knife just days after lifting the Serie A trophy.
He returned as a substitute in Sunday’s 2-0 win over Atalanta at San Siro and has now published a video showing what it took to get back there.
It includes physiotherapy, treatment and training, often aided by his dog.
