Robin Gosens is on the verge of joining Inter and has just begun his medical with the Serie A champions.
The Atalanta full-back will move to San Siro on an initial loan deal with an obligation to buy.
According to Sky Sport Italia, the Serie A giants will pay €25m plus a further €3m of performance-related bonus.
Gosens, 27, will sign a four and a half years contract with his new club.
The Germany international has been out of action since September due to a thigh injury.
He arrived at the CONI clinic in Milan at 9.00 local time and is currently undergoing his medical examinations with Inter before signing his contract.
