Olivier Giroud scored his first two goals in the Milan jersey, bagging a first half brace against Cagliari at San Siro.
The former Chelsea striker did not take long to get off the mark in Serie A at his second appearance.
He finished off a well-worked team move by sweeping his finish in from Brahim Diaz’s assist, giving the Rossoneri a 3-1 lead.
Giroud then added the fourth too from the penalty spot on the stroke of half-time after Kevin Strootman’s handling offence.
