Emerson Royal has finally landed in Italy and will undergo his Milan medical tomorrow, completing the €15m plus add-ons transfer from Tottenham Hotspur.
Those negotiations have been dragging on for months, with the player agreeing personal terms and making it clear he wanted to make the move, but the clubs haggling over every detail of the fee.
They eventually shook hands for what multiple sources report is a deal worth €15m plus another €2m in add-ons.
His contract with the Rossoneri should be worth €3m per season plus bonuses, lasting four years with an option for another year.
The Brazilian’s flight landed at the Linate airport in Milan this evening and his medical tests are booked for Monday morning.
The 25-year-old right-back has 10 senior caps for Brazil and he made the move from Barcelona to Tottenham in the summer of 2021 for €25m.
