Paulo Dybala has undergone medical examinations to learn the extent of a muscle injury, which will likely keep him out of action until new year.

The Argentinean star was subbed off after just 12 minutes in VeneziaJuventus on Saturday.

Massimiliano Allegri admitted after the game that the Argentinean wasn’t 100 per fit and that he had decided to take a risk, starting the striker in Venice.

Dybala injury record worries Juventus

This morning, Dybala arrived at the J Medical and signed a few autographs for Juventus fans before entering the club’s private clinic.

According to reports in Italy, Dybala is likely to miss Juventus’ last two games of 2021 against Bologna and Cagliari and return to action in 2022.

Juventus will begin the new year with a home clash against Napoli and the Italian Supercup Final against Inter.

  1. Juve are willing to pay this guy 10 million (euros?) a year? Wow, that is going out on a limb given his fractious injury record. Has he ever played a whole season without a serious injury? Maybe his Palermo days?

  2. After this unfortunate event, now Juve fans’ eyes on Kaio Jorge and Cherrubini. Dybala is finished and won’t be on Allegri’s plan anymore (just like Ramsey’s case). Now, we need playmaker more than attacker. Who will come? If none is coming and then i can see Jorge Will become the scapegoat. Unless, he has iron mentality and showing to the world he has material in him to become a star.
