Paulo Dybala sat on the steps of one of the Eternal City’s most iconic buildings and soaked in the view as circa 8,000 fans sang the Roma anthem.

There were tears in La Joya’s eyes during this evening’s dramatic presentation ceremony at the Palazzo Della Civiltà Italiana, also known as the Colosseo Quadrato, in EUR.

After thanking the supporters for their welcome, he sat down cross-legged on the steps and soaked in the sight of 8,000 fans singing the Roma club anthem.

It is sung by far more every home game at the Stadio Olimpico before kick-off, but rarely in such a remarkable setting.

There were another 50,000 plus watching live on YouTube.

  1. Juve fans are so bitter. Dybala missed half the amount the games Pogba missed since 2019. Good luck with J medical Pogba

  2. I am a Juve fan and I really like what the AS Roma fans did here for Dybala. Dybala was a great player for Juve and I will never forget the two goals he scored against Barcelona. Good Luck to him and I hope he brings the same joy to Rome.

  3. This is the perfect move for him. I hope he succeeds.

I’m much happier to see talent circulate in serie A than move abroad.
