Gianluigi Donnarumma was shown a straight red card just 10 minutes into Paris Saint-Germain’s Ligue 1 clash against Le Havre on Sunday afternoon.

The Azzurri no.1 came rushing out of his area to deal with a long ball over the top from a Le Havre goal kick.

An error in communication with his central defenders and full-backs left Donnarumma with a decision to make, however, he was caught in no man’s land, and when attempting to clear the ball, ended up wiping out Josue Casimir instead.

Donnarumma was subsequently given his marching orders and was replaced by Spaniard Arnau Torres.

That was PSG’s second enforced substitution of the game, just 10 minutes in, as Fabian Ruiz also had to be replaced by Manuel Ugarte due to injury.

  1. Vicario Per favore. He’s clearly not the same keeper since the Euros. Vicario is the best keeper in Europe right now.
