Mario Balotelli is back in the headlines for the wrong reasons at Adana Demirspor, hitting a teammate on the bench in fury after his substitution.
The former Italy international signed a three-year contract for the Turkish club this summer, but is still waiting for his first goal after three appearances.
As Balo was substituted just 57 minutes into a 1-1 draw with Konyaspor, he reacted furiously on the bench, shouting, throwing things and eventually punching his bemused teammate on the arm.
SuperMario turned 31 this month and since leaving OGC Nice in January 2019, he hasn’t lasted a complete season at Olympique Marseille, Brescia and Monza.
